A 1500 sf renovation of an existing interior shell space on Canal Street in Manhattan. This project was a collaboration between Lark Design Studios and Roman and Williams duo Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch and is meant to be an annex to their nearby high end retail store, the RW Guild. With Standefer and Alesch serving as designers and client, Lark aided in design drawings, architectural finishes, and lighting procurement, as well as FFE procurement and construction coordination. The building is a listed landmark, which required all exterior renovations and graffiti removal to be light touch and respectful of the existing building. The project was completed in 2021.
